AiVizWiz is operated by Simone Leonelli (“W230”). For privacy-related inquiries you can reach us via w230.net.

• Authentication data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth. If you use a passphrase, no personal data is collected beyond the session cookie.
• Usage data: Prompts you submit, generated images/videos, and basic interaction metadata (timestamps, feature used).
• Payment data: If you purchase credits, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the transaction and the amount — we never see or store your card details.
• Cookies: We use a session cookie (aivizwiz_session) and Supabase auth cookies to maintain your login state. No third-party tracking or analytics cookies are used.

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To process your prompts through AI generation APIs.
• To manage credit balances and process purchases.
• To improve the service and fix bugs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share data with the following providers strictly to operate the service:

• fal.ai — receives your prompts and images for AI processing.
• Supabase — hosts authentication and database services.
• Google — processes OAuth sign-in.
• Stripe — handles payment processing.
• Vercel — hosts the application.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

Session cookies expire after 7 days. Generated images and prompts are stored only as long as necessary to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We use HTTPS encryption, signed session tokens, and secure cookie flags. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. Use the service at your own risk.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via w230.net.

AiVizWiz is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
