AiVizWiz is an AI-powered image and video generation tool operated by Studio w230 — Simone Leonelli(“we”, “us”). To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable consumer rights, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

All images, videos, and other media produced by AiVizWiz are generated by third-party AI models (currently powered by fal.ai). We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, artefacts, or unintended results.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and determining the appropriateness of any AI-generated content before using it for any purpose.

Disclose AI use where required. Images and videos made or materially altered with AiVizWiz are AI-generated. Some jurisdictions and platforms (for example, under the EU AI Act) require such content to be labelled as AI-generated when published or shared. You are responsible for making any disclosure that applies to your use.

Nothing produced by this service constitutes professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for qualified professional consultation.

AiVizWiz integrates with third-party APIs and services (including but not limited to fal.ai, Google OAuth, and Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded (including the Australian Consumer Law). Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio w230 — Simone Leonelli shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, AiVizWiz — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

You retain rights to the prompts you provide. Ownership of AI-generated outputs is subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. We make no claims of ownership over your generated content, but we also cannot guarantee that generated outputs do not inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works.

We reserve the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
